I retrieved this blog from it's coma for quite selfish reasons: I have a very basic need to write. Lots. Not about anything in particular, just to get words out where they can be seen, read and commented on. Possibly because I seek approval. But I think, mostly, because deep down I'm quite shallow* and like the sound of my own voice.
This blog is mine, to do with it as I will and if you like it, I love it, and if you don't...well, it was nice of you to stop by.

*I did not come up with this quote. Someone much wittier than me did, possibly in the 20s, but Google is refusing to help me give her the proper recognition. Thanks for nothing Google.
